WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS
Through the process of aging, the skin starts to slow the natural production of collagen and hyaluronic acid. This affects your skin's firmness, radiance, and texture. The HydraFacial® in Dubuque is a non-invasive skin resurfacing treatment that improves not only the health but also the appearance of your skin. In total, there are three steps in the HydraFacial® process. The first step is cleansing and exfoliation. With an exfoliating tip, dead skin cells and skin debris will be removed. During this process, the pores will open as well. The next step is peeling. A gentle acid peel will be applied to get rid of more skin debris and help to even out the tone. Then with a small exfoliating tip that acts as a vacuum, we will extract impurities from your pores. The last step is the serum application. Lastly, we will apply collagen and antioxidant serum into the skin. This will promote hydration and skin elasticity. This entire process takes as little as thirty minutes with results showing immediately.
