Vascular lesions usually don’t go away on their own, but with ClearV™, you can finally say goodbye to those stubborn vessels—anywhere on the body.
ClearV™ uses the latest in laser technology with its unique vein illumination technology to allow your clinician to precisely visualize and treat vessels, broken capillaries, spider veins, vascular lesions, and discoloration of your skin that you can and can’t see.
WHAT IT TREATS
Timing depends on the size of the area being treated
No downtime. A sunburn sensation and a slight feeling of soreness are normal and expected. These reactions tend to subside within 24-48 hours after treatment.
No maintenance is required after a completed series
NUMBER OF TREATMENTS
The number of treatments required will depend upon the number of vessels present, the character of the vessels, and your body's ability to heal. Subsequent treatments are typically 4-6 weeks apart.
The cost depends on the size of the treated area and the time that it takes
WHAT TO EXPECT DURING A CLEARV™ TREATMENT
During treatment, your eyes will be protected with safety shields or glasses. The ClearV™ handpiece will deliver precise laser energy to the area being treated. You may feel a warm or hot sensation as the unwanted vessels absorb the laser pulses. The ClearV™ procedure may take anywhere from 5-30 minutes, depending on the size of the treatment area.
Patients receiving a ClearV treatment can expect a noticeable reduction in body and facial veins after just one treatment, with results improving over time.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER A CLEARV™ TREATMENT
Patient responses may vary. Redness and swelling around the treated vessels are usually noticeable within a few minutes and typically have a “cat scratch” appearance.
A sunburn sensation and a slight feeling of soreness are normal and expected. These reactions tend to subside within 24-48 hours after treatment.
After 48 hours, the skin over the treated veins will look slightly red, purple, or bruised. Sometimes the veins will be more visible than they were before treatment. This is entirely normal. Within the first 2 to 3 weeks, the redness and purple color will begin to fade. Each week, the color will become lighter and the veins less noticeable.
